Coda Plastering Concepts Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee commercial plastering projects, lead site teams and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site teams and coordinate daily work activities.
- Monitor project progress, productivity and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and site inspections.
- Coordinate labour, materials and site schedules.
- Liaise with management, clients and other trades.
- Maintain quality standards and accurate site records. Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in construction or plastering.
- Working knowledge of framing, fixing and flushing on commercial job sites is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to read plans and manage site activities effectively.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Relevant trade qualifications or industry experience preferred.
