Grounds & Landscaping
• Lawn Care: Mow grass, edge walkways, pull weeds, and trim hedges, bushes, and trees.
• Property Cleanliness: Pick up litter, empty outdoor trash bins, sweep parking lots, and keep walkways and entryways clear of debris.
• Seasonal Upkeep: Maintain flower beds, water plants/shrubs, and manage seasonal weather prep (e.g., clearing leaves or snow/ice depending on your region).
• Irrigation & Lighting: Monitor outdoor sprinklers/irrigation and replace burnt-out exterior lightbulbs. Property Maintenance & Repairs
• Minor Repairs: Fix broken outdoor furniture, loose railings, leaky faucets, doors, window screens, or drywall patches.
• Equipment Upkeep: Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on mowers, blowers, weed-whackers, and hand/power tools.
• Safety & Reporting: Inspect the property daily for safety hazards and report major building or electrical/plumbing issues to motel management.
• Guest Relations: Maintain a polite and helpful attitude when interacting with or passing motel guests. Pay: $27.44 – $35.00 per hour
