We're looking for an experienced and passionate Casual Sommelier to join our team. ## The Role As a Sommelier at Vito's, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional wine experience while contributing to the energy and atmosphere of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver knowledgeable, approachable, and engaging wine service.
- Guide guests through our wine list, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairings.
- Support the Head Sommelier and management team in maintaining our wine program.
- Assist with wine inventory, stock management, and cellar organisation.
- Share wine knowledge with the wider team.
- Maintain exceptional service standards throughout every shift. ## About You
- Previous experience as a Sommelier in a premium,



high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Italian, French, Australian, and international wines.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confident, personable, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality.
- WSET or CMS qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. ##
