What You Will Do
- Assist the Head Chef in the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals across all kitchen sections.
- Maintain top-tier kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Thrive and keep a cool head in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. What We Are Looking For
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or a minimum of 2–3 years of solid hands-on kitchen experience if non-trade qualified).




- Current Food Safety Supervisor or valid food handling certificate.
- A strong team player ready to jump into any area of the kitchen.
