Due to our ever-expanding Building & Façade portfolio of large long-term contracts right through 2026, on a variety of projects across the Perth metropolitan region both north and south of the Perth CBD, we are seeking to fill a range of positions. Carpenters / Façade Installers & Ceiling Fixers You will be working with a dynamic team responsible for the installation of a broad range of cladding systems / Internal Fit-Outs / Framing using multiple materials depending on your experience and expertise. You will be adding to our team of like minded carpenters delivering quality installations to some of Perth’s leading contractors. *Tasks & Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):*
- Site installation of façade aluminium & CFC cladding on commercial buildings with an extensive knowledge of solid panel cladding, metal cladding, cement sheet cladding.
- Framing, set-out and fixing.
- Actively contribute to toolbox meetings.
- Undertaking all aspects of the carpentry trade, including construction, installation, & repairs of new & existing structures.
- Be committed to following quality & safety procedures & able to identify, report,



& rectify any hazards.
- Ability to site measure, read and interpret and work from plans. *Qualifications, Skills &

Experience:
*
- Ideallycandidates will have 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry with Carpenter qualifications or trade assistant experience, however all candidates will be considered.
- Must have a positive understanding of construction standards, connection details, build up & the use of proper construction techniques specific to cladding scope of work.
- Able to work both in teams & independently. Be proactive, good at timekeeping, reliable & have a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills with own range of tools in your tool kit.
- Valid Class C driver’s license with your own transport capable of carrying tools and equipment.
- If required you must be able to pass pre-employment medical, D&A; and Police Check requirements.
- Construction white card (Mandatory), EWP & Working at heights tickets (Desired). Apprentice Carpenters (1st, 2nd or 3rd Year): *The Role* Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll learn and assist with:
- Commercial carpentry and framing
- Steel and timber frame installation
- External cladding and façade systems
- Internal fit-outs
- Reading plans and measuring materials
- Protected use of hand and power tools




- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite
- Working as part of a professional team to deliver quality projects *What We're Looking For* We're seeking motivated people who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in the construction industry. You'll ideally have:
- A current apprenticeship (1st, 2nd or 3rd Year) or be looking to commence a Carpentry Apprenticeship
