The Company My client are an Australian owned company that specialise in manufacturing and distributing specialised parts for the construction and engineering industry. Operating in Australia for 30+ years. The Role Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will take ownership of the month and year end while managing a team of 6. You duties will include:
- Lead and develop a finance team
- Own month-end, management reporting and financial control
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Manage statutory reporting, audit and compliance requirements
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Improve reporting efficiency and reporting quality
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Support strategic projects and future growth initiatives

Your Profile

- You will be an experienced Financial Controller available to start immediately and be able to take over from the person leaving. You will have worked in a medium size team and have be comfortable running month end process.
