EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ## REGISTERED & ENROLLED NURSES Casual Opportunities | Future Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities ## Love nursing, but looking for more flexibility and balance? At BlueRock Healthcare, we're growing As a registered NDIS provider specialising in complex disability, community nursing and specialist clinical services, we're experiencing increasing demand for our services and expanding our nursing network. We're seeking passionate and capable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) who want to be part of a growing clinical team delivering meaningful, person-centred care to individuals with complex medical and disability-related needs. Whether you're looking to complement your existing nursing role, balance work with family or personal commitments, return to a more flexible working arrangement, or simply have greater control over your schedule, this could be the opportunity for you. We're building a team of nurses who want the flexibility of casual work without stepping away from meaningful clinical practice. ## THE OPPORTUNITY Initially commencing on a casual basis, successful applicants will join our expanding nursing network and be available to support clinical service delivery as opportunities arise, including short-notice and emerging service requirements. As BlueRock continues to grow, there may be opportunities to transition into permanent part-time or full-time employment for the right candidates. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing clinical team, take an active role in care delivery and, where appropriately qualified and experienced, contribute to clinical leadership and oversight. ## WHERE YOU'LL WORK BlueRock Healthcare delivers specialist community-based nursing and disability services, with nursing opportunities primarily involving in-home care, clinical assessments, ongoing health monitoring and specialist nursing interventions. Our nurses work across a variety of home and community settings, supporting individuals living with disability, complex medical conditions and psychosocial support needs. Working collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers, you'll help ensure care is coordinated, responsive and clinically appropriate.
