Our practice is built around a simple philosophy: when psychologists are well supported, they can provide their best care. We have invested in creating an environment where clinicians can focus on their clients without being overwhelmed by the administrative demands of running a private practice. Just as importantly, we believe a workplace should be somewhere you enjoy spending your time. We're proud of our friendly team, welcoming atmosphere and supportive approach to skilled practice. ## Who are we looking for? We welcome applications from psychologists at different stages of their careers, including recent graduates with general registration, experienced Registered Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists. Ideally, you'll bring:
- General registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
- A warm, compassionate and professional approach to clients.
- A genuine enthusiasm for your work and being part of a friendly team. Experience in private practice is welcome but certainly not essential. ## Come and meet us for a coffee Choosing where to work is about much more than remuneration. It's about the people around you, the support you receive, the clients you work with and how you feel at the end of the day. At BlueSky Psychology, we'd like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy all of these things. If you're considering a move into private practice, looking for a fresh start or simply curious about what we can offer, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
