Due to continued growth and successful project wins, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Plant & Machinery Operator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive crew on a variety of trade service civil and infrastructure projects across the region. ##

About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a range of plant and machinery safely and efficiently while assisting our crews on site. The role offers consistent work, great team culture and the opportunity to grow within a well-established business. Based in Horsham, Victoria; Majority of our projects located within 100kms of base with the occasional time staying away for short stints. Significant amount of trenching and backfill, varying depths up to 4m and different compaction methods required based on site conditions and project requirements ## Responsibilities
- Operate & Maintain plant and machinery safely and effectively
- Assist with services and infrastructure projects




- Conduct daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks
- Assist fulltime workshop mechanics where required
- Follow site safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Assist with general labouring duties when required
- Transferring machinery using a Truck and Float ## Skills & Experience
- Experience operating excavators, skid steers, hydro-vac units, rollers, trenchers, laser levels, and similar equipment
- Relevant tickets and licences preferred (HR Truck Required)
- White Card & WWC essential
- Robust work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety ##
