EXPERIENCED OPERATORS WANTED | ROAD CONSTRUCTION | MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES

Talent Success is recruiting experienced Civil Plant Operators for upcoming road construction, earthworks and civil infrastructure projects throughout North-West Sydney.

We want to hear from operators experienced in:

- Excavators – 5T to 30T+
- Smooth Drum and Multi-Tyre Rollers
- Skid Steers / Posi-Tracks
- Front End Loaders
- Water Carts
- Multi-Skilled Civil Plant Operations

Your Responsibilities

- Safely operate machinery on civil construction sites
- Undertake excavation, earthworks and compaction
- Assist with road preparation and construction
- Conduct pre-start checks and equipment inspections
- Work alongside civil construction and roadworks crews
- Comply with SWMS and site safety requirements





Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating relevant plant
- Construction White Card
- Relevant competencies, tickets or VOCs as required
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Solid safety awareness
- Ability to work day or night shifts as required
