Bartender responsibilities
* Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other drinks.
* Keep the bar clean, organised and stocked.
* Provide excellent customer service and support the floor team.
Wait staff responsibilities
* Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
* Set, clear and reset tables.
* Process payments and maintain a clean dining area.
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
Requirements
* Previous hospitality experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy service.
* Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
* Valid RSA for roles involving alcohol service.
