Talent Success is hiring Factory Process Workers for an established HVAC duct manufacturing business in Western Sydney.

This is a hands-on, full-time factory position where you'll work alongside experienced team members and learn how to manufacture and assemble HVAC ductwork.

Previous sheet metal or HVAC experience is NOT required.

THE ROLE

Working alongside experienced factory workers, your duties may include:

- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of HVAC ductwork
- Measuring, marking and handling materials
- Cutting, folding and assembling components
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Learning to operate factory and sheet metal machinery
- Preparing finished products for dispatch
- Moving and handling materials around the factory
- Checking finished products for quality
- Keeping the factory clean, safe and organised
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting experienced tradespeople and factory workers as required

Full training will be provided to suitable candidates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to be an experienced sheet metal worker.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Comfortable with hands-on and physical work
- Practical and mechanically minded




- Able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a factory environment
- Able to use basic hand tools or willing to learn
- Safety-conscious
- A good team player
- Serious about staying and developing in a long-term role

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS — BUT IS NOT REQUIRED

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

- Factory or manufacturing
- Warehouse or production
- Trade Assistant work
- Construction or general labouring
- Sheet metal or metal fabrication
- HVAC or ductwork
- Mechanical assembly
- Workshop environments
- Hand and power tools
