HD Hair Artistry is looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our friendly and professional team in our busy Yokine salon.
We are seeking a confident, qualified stylist who is passionate about creating beautiful hair, providing exceptional client experiences and working as part of a supportive team.
About the Role
As a Senior Hair Stylist, your duties will include:
- Providing professional client consultations and hair/scalp assessments
- Cutting, styling and blow-drying
- Colouring, foiling, balayage, blonding and toning
- Colour formulation and colour correction
- Performing hair treatments and other qualified salon services
- Providing professional home-care and product recommendations
- Maintaining accurate client colour and service records
- Maintaining high hygiene, safety and salon presentation standards
- Supporting and providing technical guidance to junior stylists and apprentices
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
You will have:
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' relevant hairdressing experience
- Strong colouring, cutting and styling skills
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently and independently
- A professional, positive and team-focused attitude
