About the Role
Serenity is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pub Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our venue and help deliver a outstanding experience for both customers and staff. The position will commence at approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time management role as the business develops and the successful candidate takes on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily venue operations and support the team
- Maintain strong customer service and venue standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, stock and general administration
- Ensure workplace, food safety and liquor compliance requirements are met




- Work closely with the owners to improve operations and grow the business About You
- Previous experience in pub, hospitality or venue management
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Organised, dependable and willing to be hands-on
- Customer-focused with a positive approach
- Current RSA and Australian working rights
