Up to $200,000 inc Super Employment: Full-Time | Permanent The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workplace & Facilities Management leader to take ownership of a prestigious, multi-site corporate portfolio across Australia and Recent Zealand. Working within a highly sophisticated corporate environment, this is a senior leadership position offering exposure to executive stakeholders, complex building operations and a geographically diverse portfolio. You will lead an established team, oversee workplace and facilities operations, and play a key role in the continued expansion and improvement of the portfolio. This is not a traditional Facilities Manager role. We are looking for a commercially minded leader who can combine strong technical FM knowledge with exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management. The Portfolio

- 10 direct reports across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10, managing performance, resolving challenges and building a high-performing culture.
- Facilities & Engineering: Oversee building operations, preventative maintenance, critical services and technical contractors.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage operating budgets, expenditure, forecasting and cost efficiencies.
- Projects & CAPEX: Oversee workplace improvements, capital works, office changes and operational projects.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure WHS, fire safety, building compliance and emergency procedures are maintained.
- Vendor Management: Drive contractor performance, service standards and procurement outcomes.

About You We are looking for an established FM or Workplace Operations professional who has managed people, understands technical building operations and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders. To be considered, you will demonstrate:
- 6+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations or Corporate Real Estate.
- Proven people leadership experience , including direct reports, performance management and conflict resolution.
- Strong technical FM knowledge , with experience overseeing engineering teams, building services and maintenance.
- Corporate office experience , ideally across premium commercial buildings, multinational organisations or financial services environments.
- Senior stakeholder management skills , with the confidence to influence and manage demanding corporate relationships.
- Financial accountability , including operational budgets, contractor expenditure and capital works.
- Strong problem-solving ability , sound judgement and a hands-on leadership approach.
- Flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours operational emergencies, with time in lieu arrangements. A technical engineering qualification is not essential , although a strong practical understanding of building services is required. Why Consider This Opportunity?
