Property and Commercial Solicitor or Associate, Brisbane CBD I'm working with a respected independent national law firm that is growing its Brisbane commercial property and transactions team. They want a Solicitor or Associate who wants to build a long term property practice. The work is wide-ranging and the pipeline is steady. Clients include schools, councils and institutional organisations, with agribusiness and development matters too.
What you'll do
• Run PEXA settlements and stamp duty processes
• Advise on commercial and retail leasing
• Support trustee and complex ownership structures
• Draft and advise on commercial agreements
• Work with senior lawyers on development and transactional matters What you'll bring:
• Around 1 to 5 years PAE in property or commercial transactions
• PEXA, stamp duty and leasing experience
• Strong drafting and an eye for detail
• A practical, commercial approach Broadly trained commercial lawyers with an interest in property are welcome too. Agribusiness, development or trustee leasing experience is a plus. Why it's worth a look
