About the role
Corporate Health Management is seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Professional to join our team in our Perth, WA location. As a Fitness Professional, you will play a key role in helping our corporate clients improve their health and wellness through tailored fitness programs and personal training. This is a part time or a casual position required for the following hours Mon/ Tue 6am
- 11am and Wed 7am
- 2pm. What you'll be doing 1. Delivering a range of fitness programs and personal training sessions to corporate clients 2. Conducting fitness assessments and developing individualised exercise programs 3. Providing motivation, guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals 4. Maintaining accurate client records and progress tracking 5. Promoting a positive and inclusive environment to encourage client engagement 6. Ensuring all fitness equipment and facilities are kept clean and well-maintained What we're looking for 1. Recognised fitness qualification (Certificate IV in Fitness or Bachelors of Exercise Science) 2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fitness Professional in a corporate or commercial setting 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients 4.



Excellent motivational and coaching abilities to inspire clients 5. Knowledge of principles of exercise programming and nutrition for health and wellness 6. Certification in First Aid and CPR 7. Enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and a positive attitude
