This role will focus on supporting existing clients and growing our footprint across Australia within the Defence sector. - $75K to $100K Base + Super
- Upcapped Commission (up to 50% of fees)

- 5+ years Recruitment Consultancy experience or
- 7 years' ADF
- Army, RAN, RAAF experience maintaining this equipment is also highly regarding
- Defence Sector operational or recruitment experience within manufacturing, repair or assembly; across the following industries:
- Shipbuilding, Submarines, Navigation Systems, Armoured Vehicles,



Small Arms, Explosive Ordnance, Military Equipment Manufacturers, Military Components or Military Communications.
- Driven, active, self-starter, eager team-player who wants to generate a positive income through high commissions (30% to 50%)
- Able to secure a clear National Police Check
