We’re a family run American BBQ smokehouse at Gasworks, Newstead, looking for a confident, professional Chef de Partie for our open carving kitchen. Must have minimum 5 years experience as a qualified chef, solid service experience, full Australian working rights and be able to work up to full time hours.
