We are recruiting for an ambitious and commercially minded Associate Partner Manager to join a growing APAC team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management, channel sales and business development within the technology sector. You will be responsible for managing inbound opportunities, supporting channel partners, growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across your assigned region. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while developing strong relationships with partners and customers. This position offers exposure to international markets, innovative technology solutions and a clear career progression pathway into more senior partner management roles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound opportunities and support channel partners throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and sales documentation to support revenue growth.
- Maintain pipeline activity, forecasts and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.




- Support regional growth initiatives, partner engagement activities and industry events. To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a passion for technology. You will ideally possess:
- Experience in sales, account management, partner management or business development.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar (highly regarded). Desirable Experience
- Exposure to technology, software, hardware, telecommunications, IoT, engineering or related industries.
- Formal sales training methodologies.
- Experience supporting channel partners, resellers or distributor networks.
