Structural Revit Drafter – Commercial & Mixed-Use Developments In collaboration with our design consultant partner, we are seeking an experienced Revit Structural Drafter/Modeller with strong capability across commercial and mixed-use development projects.

About the Role
You’ll be involved in the preparation and coordination of detailed structural documentation for:
• Commercial and mixed-use developments
• Medium to high-density projects
• Structural design documentation and drawing sets
• BIM modelling and project coordination using Revit Skills & Experience
• High level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong detailing and documentation skills
• Experience working on commercial or mixed-use development projects within a local design consultancy environment (essential)
• Understanding of Australian building regulations and construction methods
• Design documentation experience across reinforced / post tension concrete and structural steel
• Ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated structural drawings
• Robust communication and teamwork skills,



including liaising with engineers and other consultants
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality documentation Desirable but Non-Essential Skills
• Experience with BIM workflows and model coordination
• Knowledge of parametric design processes On Offer
