Earth Angels Child Care Centre is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated and supportive team in a permanent part-time position.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality, play-based educational program that supports children's learning, development, wellbeing and school readiness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning, implementing and evaluating engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0).
- Providing intentional teaching experiences that extend children's interests, strengths and emerging capabilities.
- Observing, assessing and documenting children's learning and developmental progress.
- Creating safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
- Supporting children's social and emotional development, independence and confidence.
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Collaborating with educators to support consistent, high-quality teaching practices.
- Participating in critical reflection, career development and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an educator who:





- Holds or is working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Holds or is eligible for NSW teacher accreditation.
- Has a current Working With Children Check.
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and EYLF V2.0.
- Is passionate about play-based learning, intentional teaching and inclusive education.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity and a genuine commitment to children's learning and wellbeing.
- Is reflective, adaptable and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive workplace culture.
