Indulge Café is looking for a friendly, experienced barista to join our team. If you love making excellent coffee and delivering welcoming customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Position details
- Employment: Full time
- Hours: 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with shifts rostered Monday to Sunday
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of barista experience required
Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Take orders, process payments and provide friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised coffee station and café.
- Assist with daily setup, pack-down and general café duties.
- Work closely with the team during busy service periods.
What we’re looking for
- Confidence using a commercial espresso machine and grinder.
- Good milk-texturing skills; latte art is a bonus.
- A reliable, punctual and positive team member.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café.
- Availability for a full-time roster, including weekends.
Pay: $52,880.00 – $85,480.00 per year
