Casual | Regular, Ongoing Sleepover Shifts Available | Above Award Rates

Agenns Health & Social Careis recruiting multiple compassionate, reliable and experienced female support workers for participants in South Cairns. Successful applicants will provide high-quality, person-centred care and build positive, ongoing relationships with participants.

Available Positions & Shifts:

South Cairns – Female Support Workers

- Sleepover shifts available every night: 7/9:00pm – 8:00am the following day
- Other shift times are available over the weekend, with sleepovers being the main requirement
- Personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting assistance
- A second staff member will always be present to assist with personal care and showers

Reliability, flexibility and commitment to a consistent roster are essential. The successful applicant/s are required to start immediately.

Requirements:

- Female support workers (participant-specific personal care requirements)
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or relevant qualification
- Experience in disability support and personal care is essential
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Driver's license and reliable transport




- Manual Handling and Medication Management training, or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to complete additional participant-specific training as required
- Compassionate, qualified and reliable approach
