Role Description The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Munno Para, SA. This position is responsible for sourcing materials and components, obtaining quotes, and placing purchase orders with approved suppliers in line with project requirements and production schedules. The coordinator manages delivery timelines, monitors inventory levels, and coordinates inbound and outbound logistics to ensure materials and finished goods are available when needed. Daily tasks include updating procurement and logistics records, resolving supply issues, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also involves cost tracking,



supporting continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes, and contributing to efficient, on-time project delivery. Qualifications
• Experience in procurement or purchasing within manufacturing, engineering, or a related industrial setting, including supplier selection, quoting, and purchase order management.
• Skills in logistics coordination, such as managing deliveries, freight and transport arrangements, inventory monitoring, and warehouse or stores communication.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory systems and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) for tracking orders, stock levels, and costs.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple orders and timelines, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with suppliers, production teams, and project managers, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of metal fabrication or engineering processes, materials, and specifications is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving supply and delivery issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualification in supply chain, procurement, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
