Based in Bibra Lake, we are growing the business with clear responsibilities, accountable leadership and consistent service standards. Role Description The Operations Manager owns operational performance across Service Delivery, Scheduling and Quality & Safety. You will lead the people responsible for these functions, set priorities and hold them accountable for safe, reliable service within agreed budgets. You will resolve escalated issues, remove barriers and ensure commitments are completed.

Key responsibilities
include:
* Lead the operations team against clear responsibilities, KPIs and budgets.
* Ensure services meet agreed scope, quality and timing.
* Plan workforce, equipment and supply capacity for existing contracts and growth.
* Control labour, materials and equipment costs against contract budgets.
* Establish explicit processes, handovers and ownership.
* Ensure complaints,



safety issues and corrective actions are resolved and recurring failures addressed.
* Improve productivity and report results, risks and recovery actions to the CEO. This is a full-time role based in Bibra Lake, with site visits as required. Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience leading operations across multiple service sites.
* Ability to delegate, hold people accountable and address underperformance.
* Experience managing labour budgets, workforce capacity, equipment and supplies.
* Ability to use KPIs and cost data to identify problems and improve results.
* Experience establishing practical processes that support business growth.
* Sound understanding of workplace safety and service quality.
* Clear communication and confident decision-making.
* Commercial cleaning or facilities management experience is desirable.
* Relevant management qualifications are an advantage.
