Role Description The Student Assistant role at E-Curate is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Student Assistant will support day-to-day operations, including organizing design assets, assisting with data entry and content updates on the platform, and coordinating basic communication with internal team members. Responsibilities may include helping prepare presentations and reports, supporting customer inquiries under guidance, and assisting with scheduling and logistics for meetings or events.



The role also involves collaborating with designers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely information is reflected in the platform, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow. Qualifications
• Ability to manage administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and schedule coordination.
• Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools, online platforms, and collaborative software.
• Robust attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and updating content.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and responding to queries.
• Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in interior design, digital platforms, or technology-driven solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Sydney Area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant course of study (e.g., design, business, communications, or related fields) is an advantage.
