Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Paralegal in Family Law, located in the Melbourne. The role involves supporting senior lawyers in preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing case documents, and managing administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with communications with clients, keeping records organized, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will have:
• Strong foundation in Law and experience or education in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and legal professionals
• Proficiency in conducting efficient Research for legal cases.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in Document Review and organization




• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal office or a solid willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Assisting senior staff with day to day work.
• Mentored in running your own files.
• Confidence in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
