The Role
We are looking for a reliable team player for a Casual Part-Time position. In this role, you will work closely with our dentists to ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations and provide a comfortable experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Chairside Assisting: Providing efficient, proactive support to our dentists during a wide range of clinical and general dental procedures.
Infection Control: Maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control protocols in line with current Australian dental standards.
Patient Care: Greeting patients, making them feel comfortable in the chair, and assisting with post-treatment care instructions.
Clinic Maintenance: Preparing, cleaning, and shutting down treatment rooms, tracking dental supplies, and keeping the lab tidy.
Reception Support: Assisting with phone inquiries, booking appointments, and basic administration tasks when required.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience as a dental assistant is highly regarded, but passionate candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply (on-the-job training can be provided).
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Attributes: A positive, friendly attitude, strong attention to detail, and a high level of reliability.
Availability: Must be available to work [Specify Days, e.g.,Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and half-day Saturdays].
Bonus: Fluency in a second language is a plus given our diverse Lidcombe community, but not required.
