A qualified enthusiastic Hotel Manager position is available at The View On Hannans Kalgoorlie to work with the GM and assist with the day to day management and operations of the business Including F and B., front office and staff rosters.

You will work closely with our front office, housekeeping, F&B; department and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and support to the hotel staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest-centric service.
- Initiate training and skills for new staff
- Responding to guest enquiries, feedback and requests

- Stock control ,budgets,costings and orders for the motel and restaurant.
- Staff rostering and cost control.
- Ensuring motel rooms, restaurant and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the GM and directors

About You

You will need to have:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A degree or similar in Hospitality and/or Business
- Proficient in hotel management software ( Opera cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Food and Beverage Operations
- Min 5 years exp in a similar role
- Full work rights in Australia

A good command of the English language, excellent computer skills and a leadership mindset is essential.
