TANDOORI CHEF / COOK WANTED – MADAM JI, DARLINGHURST

Madam Ji, a modern Indian restaurant and bar located in Darlinghurst, is currently looking for a Tandoori Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of tandoor cooking and Indian cuisine preferred.
- Someone reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must currently be residing in Australia.
