Northern Star Surface Mining (NSSM) is seeking experienced All-Round Operators for our Gold Field Operations. This role operates D10 Dozer, Grader, Large Loader or equivalent in a 2/1 roster, with fly-in/fly-out from Perth, WA. You will support open pit production, complete pre-start checks, monitor equipment, mentor juniors, and maintain safety and production targets while liaising with dispatch and supervisors to ensure productive results.
