Hi, we’re Ali and Ben

We’re a husband-and-wife team, and Cleanista is our family business. We started it because we love helping people feel at home again, and over the years we’ve built a small crew of genuinely kind people we’re proud to work alongside.

Today we look after 300+ homes a month around Shailer Park, Springwood, Cornubia and Daisy Hill. Many of our clients have been with us for years. They know our team by name, and we know theirs.

We’re looking for one more caring person to join us.

Maybe you’ve raised a family, run a busy household, or cared for others in your work. Maybe you’re ready to return to work, or you’d just love something steady with people who’ll actually look out for you. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what we offer:
✦ Regular daytime hours, [Mon–Fri, approx. 9–2:30]
✦ Weekly clients you’ll get to know (and who’ll get to know you)
✦ A proper employee role with super, not gig work
✦ Paid training and all equipment supplied
✦ Us. You’ll have our numbers, and we’re always happy to help.

What you’ll need:

✦ A driver’s licence and a reliable car
✦ A phone with data
✦ Fitness for active work
✦ Availability you can commit to each week

How we get to know each other:
First a relaxed phone chat, then a coffee with one of us. If it feels right for both of us, we’ll train you up and you’ll do a trial clean. (Police and reference checks are part of it, naturally.)

Sound like you?
Send us a message through Indeed and tell us a little about yourself and your life so far. Pop the word “SPARKLE” in, so we know you’ve read this far.

Thanks so much for considering us.
