Future Swim Rouse Hill

Future Swim Rouse Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations of our growing swim school.

This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced team leader, deck supervisor or customer service professional with strong experience swim teaching who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

About the Role

You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the swim school.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Staff rostering and shift coordination

. Recruit and ensure quality maintenance by providing staff training and ongoing review

· Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns

· Maintaining staff compliance

. Monitoring pool and facility presentation

· Stock management assistance

. Daily operations such as phone calls, enrolments and bookings

. Monitor daily operational tasks to be completed by staff

. Other admin tasks

· Minimum one teaching shift and cover water shift when needed

. Expect 30-40 hours per week

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Strong previous experience in a swim school, aquatic centre

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

· Confidence managing staff and customer interactions

· Ability to work independently and take initiative





· Availability to work afternoons and weekends

Requirement

· AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or Royal Life Saving qualification

· Current CPR Certificate

· Current Working with Children Check

. Experienced in both customer service and swim teaching

· Prefer previous rostering or team leadership experience

Pay: $38.00 – $47.00 per hour
