Sandwich Hand / Kitchenhand — Banh Banh, Bondi Junction
Banh Banh is a busy bánh mì shop serving fresh Vietnamese rolls to the lunch crowd. We're looking for a reliable sandwich hand / kitchenhand to join our team.
The role
You'll be making bánh mì to order, prepping ingredients, keeping the station clean and stocked, and helping the kitchen run smoothly through service. Full training provided — no Vietnamese food experience needed, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What we're after
Available 3–4 days a week, with the possibility of more shifts
Fast, tidy, and calm under a lunch rush
Reliable and punctual — we need someone the team can count on
Comfortable on your feet and working with food
Good hygiene habits and food handling awareness (or willingness to get your food safety basics sorted)
Valid work rights in Australia
Nice to have
Previous café, kitchen, or food court experience
Sandwich-making or barista experience

Located in Bondi Junction, 2 minutes from the train station
Days: 3–4 per week, flexible, potential to grow
