We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Stylist specialising in colour and/or extensions to join our salon at Stockland Baldivis.

You’ll still do the hair and look after the clients you love — while having the opportunity to contribute to salon operations, have a genuine voice and take on more as you grow into your role.

You could be exactly who we’re looking for if...

You’re a qualified and experienced stylist with strong skills or a specialisation in colour and/or extensions.

But technical ability is only part of what we’re looking for.

You:

- Take initiative rather than waiting to be asked
- Communicate well and enjoy supporting a team
- Notice when something needs attention and take ownership
- Are professional, reliable and organised
- Enjoy finding better ways to do things
- Have basic computer confidence and are comfortable learning new systems
- Have a genuine can-do attitude — when there’s a problem, you think “How can we fix it?”

More than another stylist role

Alongside your clients, you’ll step into the role of salon operations and coordination — supporting the team, helping the day run smoothly, assisting with basic reporting and KPIs, solving day-to-day problems and helping keep the salon on track.

You don’t need management experience or to know every system on day one.

We’re far more interested in your attitude, initiative and desire to grow.
