GARDENING TEAM LEADER AND FULL TIME OFF SIDER WANTED
Our gardening business is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Team Leader to join the crew.
This is more than just a gardening position — we’re looking for someone who can lead a team, manage jobs and take pride in delivering quality work.
Role includes:
- Leading and managing a small gardening team
- running daily jobs
- General garden maintenance & landscaping
- Lawn care, hedging, pruning & clean-ups
- Communicating with clients professionally
- Ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
- Helping train and guide other workers
We’re looking for someone who:
Has gardening/landscaping experience
Has leadership experience or the ability to lead a team
Is reliable, punctual & hardworking
Has great attention to detail
Takes pride in their work
Has a good attitude and is easy to work with
Driver’s licence preferred (can drive manual)
Northern Beaches / Sydney
