The role helps develop and implement company-wide HRpolicies and programs, adapts their delivery to project needs, and supportsfair, consistent decisions that meet business requirements.What You'll Be DoingLocated in the Milton Office, this is a varied role from day today. Duties would include (but not limited):Oversee workforce planning with operational leads to drive an understanding of project and business requirementsSupport in the onboarding of current employees into the businessWork directly with the business to address any grievances and/or disputes as well as conducting any workplace investigationsInterpret awards and enterprise agreements and provide practical advice on employment conditionsCoach managers to set clear performance expectations and address any performance concernsContribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies and proceduresMaintain accurate HR information and support effective use of HR systemsSupport a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture within BielbyIdeally, You'll BringRelevant experience as a HR Business Partner in a generalist role ideally in construction or heavy industryA good understand of employment law and the Fair Work Act with the ability to interpret awardsStrong working knowledge of right of entry procedures and their applicationAbility to develop and deliver HR plans and projects that support business objectivesPractical knowledge of employee lifecycle as well as learning and developmentAbility to learn and adapt to different HR systems (Cornerstone HR experience beneficial but not essential)Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skillsRelevant tertiary qualificationsWhy Bielby?The Bielby Way – Where People MatterAt Bielby, you'll get the opportunity to work on complex,meaningful infrastructure while being part of a business where yourcontribution is visible, your voice is valued and you're trusted to get on withthe job.We're proudly Australian owned and operated, with more than 40years of experience and a strong reputation for delivering major civilinfrastructure.
