New Car Sales Consultant: Sell More Brands, Earn More, Live on the Tweed Coast.

Here is an opportunity for an experienced new car salesperson to step onto a busy multi-franchise showroom floor on the Tweed Coast. Our client is part of a respected, well-established dealership group, and they're adding an experienced Recent Car Sales Consultant to their team.

This isn't a one-badge showroom. You'll sell across a strong line-up of trusted Japanese brands and some of the fastest-growing new brands in Australia, which means more walk-ins, more choice for your customers and more ways to put a deal together. Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you'll have a proven sales process behind you and a manager who's on the floor working the deal with you.

What We Offer:

- Earn $120K: A realistic OTE (on target earnings) of $120K per year, built on a solid retainer plus commission, and very achievable for a consistent performer.
- Drive Car or Car Allowance: Your choice, whichever suits you best.
- An RDO Every Week: One rostered day off each week, with Saturday trading from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
- More Brands, More Deals: Sell across every new car franchise on the floor.
- Ongoing Training: Factory and in-house product and sales training across all brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Turn walk-in, phone and online inquiry into delivered cars
- Take every customer through the dealership's Road to a Sale, from meet and greet to delivery handover




- Bring the Business Manager in early and work the double open and double close with your Sales Manager
- Grow your own book of repeat and referral business
- Keep your CRM up to date and your product knowledge sharp across multiple brands
- Digital stock maintenance

Who We're Looking For:

- At least 12 months selling new vehicles in a franchised dealership
- Road to a Sale trained, or experienced in a similar structured sales process
- Results you're proud of, with customers who come back and refer their friends
- Confident with CRM and Dealer Management Systems
- Professional presentation and a current driver's licence with a clean driving record
