We’re looking for Front of House team members to join Ennui Restaurant in Haymarket.

Seeking experienced Waiters, Sommeliers and Bartenders

Ennui is a contemporary French venue focused on thoughtful hospitality, seasonal cooking, and a carefully curated beverage program. We’re a small team that takes service seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. The Role

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be responsible for delivering warm, attentive service and helping maintain the atmosphere that makes Ennui special.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and hosting guests

- Taking orders and providing menu guidance

- Running food and beverages

- Maintaining a clean and organised dining room

- Supporting the team to ensure smooth service





What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role

- Strong communication and people skills

- A genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality

- Positive attitude and reliability

- Ability to work evenings and weekends
