We are looking for a Site Manager or Site Supervisor who can manage trades and suppliers to deliver quality homes to planned timelines on our Yeppoon project.

You will be required to provide leadership to all onsite, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency and customer focus, ensuring all project deliverables are aligned with established standards for safety, quality, program and budgets. Engage with stakeholders professionally and respectfully, champion a workplace culture that promotes a protected and supportive working environment.

You will be a building industry professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in residential construction; some commercial construction delivery experience would be well received.

Have a full understanding of relevant standards and building codes.

Experienced in managing programs and project resources.

A trade certificate or Construction Management degree would be well received.
