About the role

Two Creeks Beef is seeking a skilled and experienced Butchers to join our team in Wyong, NSW on a full-time basis. As a Butcher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards that our customers expect, whilst ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with food handling regulations. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly contribute to the reputation and success of Two Creeks Beef. Multiple job positions avalible ranging from Boning, Trimming, Slicing, Making mince and sausages and operating packaging machines.

Key responsibilities

- Breaking down carcasses and primals into retail cuts according to customer requirements

- Ensuring all meat products are properly stored, packaged and labelled

- Operating and maintaining butchery equipment, including Bandsaw, Mincer, Vac Filler, Thermoform packer

- Following all health and safety procedures, including proper sanitation practices and personal hygiene standards

- Assisting with stock rotation, inventory management and waste management

- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

What we're looking for

- Formal qualifications or substantial experience as a qualified Butcher, with demonstrated expertise in meat cutting and preparation techniques

- Proficiency in operating butchery equipment safely and effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of meat quality and presentation

- A thorough understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards and proper handling procedures for meat products





- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items regularly

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work

- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
