Essential information for you:

- Approximately 12-20+ hours weekly

- Mostly three 5-6 hour am or pm sessions each week

- Currently Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8am-2pm, or 1.30-~7+pm approximately

- During training and when covering others on leave; the same days, am & pm

- Occasional Sundays 2-7pm (weekend rates)

- Career (long term) opportunity

- Must be time flexible and practical for you to live in reasonable proximity

Your Role (nitty gritty):

Essentially, the event "host" that ensures clients are optimally served, supported and cared for while ensuring the centre runs smoothly.

- Greeting clients and setting the tone of the space

- Managing communication channels and flow, multiple phone lines, emails and client and practitioner needs

- Scheduling appointments, receipting and fee handling

- Administration of files and records

- Supporting the practitioner(s) and centre presentation

- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and hygiene of the centre
