Are you an experienced Advanced Scaffolder with knowledge of various scaffolding systems and particular expertise in Ringlock scaffolding, looking to take the next step in your career?

CGH Scaffold is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced scaffolder to transition from working on the tools into scaffold design and drafting.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn directly from one of Adelaide's leading scaffold designers, gaining valuable hands-on training in CAD, scaffold design and technical planning.

About the Role

- Learn CAD software and scaffold design techniques under the guidance of a highly experienced scaffold designer.

- Assist with scaffold drawings, layouts and technical documentation.

- Work on commercial and industrial scaffold projects.

- Apply your practical knowledge of various scaffolding systems, particularly Ringlock, to design solutions.

- Attend sites to assess scaffold requirements and resolve technical challenges.

- Develop towards becoming a skilled Scaffold Designer/Draftsperson.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds an Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence.

- Has extensive practical experience across a range of scaffolding systems.

- Has particularly strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ringlock scaffolding.





- Understands complex scaffold configurations, installation methods and safety requirements.

- Can interpret construction drawings or is willing to develop this skill.

- Is comfortable using computers and enthusiastic about learning CAD.

- Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Wants to build a long-term career in scaffold design.

Previous CAD experience is not essential. Your practical scaffolding knowledge, attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
