About the Role:

We are seeking a Nursing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of healthcare recruitment and has proven experience sourcing nurses and support staff into casual roles across community, aged care and government departments.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates while ensuring high-quality placements across multiple clinical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit agency nurses and support workers across:
- Aged Care
- Community Nursing
- SA police
- General and specialist nursing
- Support workers
- Corporate roles for healthcare
- End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, support staff
- Manage and grow an active candidate pool for casual shifts
- Ensure all candidates meet AHPRA, compliance, and credentialing requirements
- Work closely with workforce and operations teams to meet client staffing needs

About You:





- Proven experience recruiting nurses within an agency or healthcare recruitment environment (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for Aged Care, healthcare or community services.
- Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance and credentialing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Results-driven with a proactive and qualified approach
