About us

International Safe Company (IntSafe) is a safe manufacturer and wholesaler based in Wangara, Perth. Our family of brands includes Dominator Safes (since 2007), Infinity Safes (luxury custom safes), Battery Safes Australia (lithium battery storage), Collectors Standard and Safe Central, our service, technical and installation business, running since 2008. We have Perth's largest safe showroom, a 1,000 m² warehouse and a network of about 130 dealers.

What you'll do

You'll be the friendly, reliable person our dealers and customers count on. About 60% of your time goes into looking after our dealers, and about 40% into helping customers who walk into the showroom, call or email.

- Be a confident point of contact for our dealers, checking in about once a fortnight when there's something useful to share (dealers and customers can still reach our wider management team too)

- Support our dealers, including helping them with their marketing

- Welcome showroom visitors and help them find the right safe

- Answer phone and email enquiries and help each customer to the right next step





- Learn our products inside out so you can solve technical problems without needing assistance

- Keep orders, quotes and follow-ups on track in our job and stock systems

- Help create training content for our team and dealers

This is a customer happiness role, not a sales-target role. Success means regular, genuine contact with dealers and customers, and happy customer reviews.

About you

- You genuinely love looking after people, and you follow through until the job is done

- You have experience in sales, customer service or account management. Trade or wholesale experience is a bonus

- You're warm and clear on the phone, by email and in person

- You're organised and comfortable learning new systems

- You're curious about how things work and happy to get technical

- You like working in a small, close team

- You hold a current driver's licence

No safe experience? That's fine. We'll train you on the products.

What's on offer

- $65,000 to $75,000 plus super, depending on experience

- Full-time, permanent role (3-month probation), starting immediately

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

- Hands-on product training

- A diverse role across five brands, working with a small team that cares about doing things properly
