Speech Pathologist – Robina, Gold Coast

Choose Your Caseload | Clinic & Community | Local Clients | Supportive Leadership

Love being a Speech Pathologist, but want more say over your caseload and your working week?

Therapy Partners is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our established multidisciplinary team at our state-of-the-art Robina clinic.

We offer something pretty simple: a supportive team, a realistic workload and the flexibility to shape a role around the clinical work you enjoy.

Whether you love clinic-based therapy, getting out into the community or a combination of both, we’ll work with you to find the right balance.

Choose the work you enjoy

We don’t believe every Speech Pathologist needs to have the same caseload.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a mixed caseload, with flexibility to shape your client mix around your interests, experience and strengths.

That might mean working with children, adolescents and adults, or developing a stronger focus on a particular age group or clinical area.

You’ll also have input into your balance of clinic and community appointments, with a local caseload that helps keep travel manageable.

We want to understand what you enjoy, where you feel confident and what you’d like to develop - and build your role around that wherever possible.

Why join Therapy Partners?

We want our clinicians to have rewarding careers without feeling like every day is about chasing a number.

You’ll have access to:

- A manageable and realistic KPI

- A state-of-the-art Robina clinic with well-equipped treatment rooms

- Choice around your caseload and areas of clinical interest

- A flexible mix of clinic and community work

- A local caseload with consideration given to travel and scheduling

- Full-time and part-time opportunities

- Regular supervision and clinical support

- Approachable, supportive clinical leaders

- An extensive range of assessments, therapy resources and clinical tools

- Support with complex presentations, clinical decisions and report writing

- A collaborative team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners

- Opportunities to develop your skills and pursue areas of interest

You’ll have people to turn to, resources to work with and leaders who take the time to support you.

New graduate or experienced Speech Pathologist?

We’d love to hear from both.

If you’re a new graduate, you’ll join an established team with access to regular supervision, experienced clinicians, assessments and therapy resources while you build your confidence and clinical skills.

You’ll have space to ask questions, talk through clinical decisions and learn from the people around you.

If you’re experienced, we want to hear what you’re good at, what you enjoy and where you want your career to go. Whether that’s developing a clinical interest, enjoying a varied caseload or finding a better balance in your working week,

we’re happy to have that conversation.
