We’re looking for an experienced and sales-driven Cruise Consultant to join our team.

You’ll work with customers from their initial enquiry through to booking, using your cruise and travel knowledge to create the right holiday. We sell both cruise-only and complete cruise packages, so you’ll need to be confident combining cruises with flights, hotels, transfers and other land arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Recommending the right cruise lines, itineraries, cabins and fares.

- Building complete cruise packages including air, hotels, transfers and land arrangements.

- Confidently working with flight options and understanding airfares, routings and connections.

- Maximising each booking through upgrades, pre/post-cruise stays and other relevant products.





- Following up leads and building relationships with new and existing customers.

- Working towards individual sales, revenue and conversion targets.

- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

We’re looking for someone with previous cruise or travel sales experience, strong knowledge of cruise products and good experience with air and land arrangements. You should be commercially minded, confident selling over the phone and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
