We are currently seeking Site Security Observers and Site Security Managers for multiple positions across a range of site security and construction environments.

We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in site security, construction security, physical security, contractor monitoring and security operations.

Whether you're an experienced Site Security Observer or Site Security Manager, or have relevant transferable experience from construction, infrastructure, protective security or operational management, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with security procedures and requirements.
- Providing site security observation, contractor monitoring and escorting services.
- Supporting the implementation of site security plans and procedures.
- Monitoring site access and identifying potential security risks.
- Maintaining accurate daily logs, reports and incident documentation.
- Liaising with contractors, project teams, security personnel and key stakeholders.
- Supporting security compliance and operational requirements.
- For management positions, coordinating personnel,



overseeing site security operations and managing day-to-day security requirements.

Skills & Experience

We are interested in candidates with experience or transferable capabilities in one or more of the following areas:

- Site Security Observation or Site Security Management.
- Construction security and contractor supervision.
- Physical security, protective security and security operations.
- Security escorting, access control and site monitoring.
- Construction, infrastructure and site-based operations.
- Security compliance, risk identification and incident reporting.
- Stakeholder engagement and contractor coordination.
- Team leadership, operational coordination or site management.

Previous experience in a dedicated Site Security Observer / Manager position is highly regarded; however, candidates with relevant transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.
