Luka Manly is a boujee, 90-seat, beachfront snack bar & grill shaped by the daily rhythms of Manly. We draw inspiration from the great coastal eateries and small bars around the planet. We love kids but, there will be no 'kids menu', and no high chairs. This is an adults environment. All dogs are welcome in the outside section.

Doors open at 7am each day with tight & light menu, and a focus on cloud coffee, batch brew, fluffy juices, croissants, and Bloody Marys etc.

From 11am, the focus shifts to rapid and fresh, Australian seafood-focussed snacks, grilled goodness, colourful salads, and frozen beach treats. Raw bar riffs, bites to mid-sized plates, icy cold Martinis, crisp beers and wines, & Pina Coladas is the vibe. This menus runs all-day.

Our food narrative is paired with a smart, Australian & NZ brand- leaning beverage program. Weekends have guest DJs on rotation with morning and afternoon sets.





If you have worked in elevated, fast-paced, hospitality environments, Luka is the change you've been looking for this Summer.

We are recruiting waiters, bartenders, hosts, and supervisors.

The following requirements are critical:

- Current RSA

- Minimum 3 years experience in the respective role you've applied for in similar caliber venues

- Wine experience (preferred)

- Strong people skills & positive energy

- Well presented

- Must be able to work weekends

- Enjoys working with teams in fast-paced environments

- Loves hospitality and infectious culture

- Visa holders with full working rights are more than welcome to apply
